I agree with alot of the negative comments. The neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate and management doesn't seem to care. The maintenance is less then ample. They take care of the front (superficial), but don't take care of the residents or the buildings. I've never seen a place go down hill so fast. It used to be a great place when it first opened and I first moved in, but I have watched it decay fast. The management is so busy partying that they can't keep their heads on straight to get the work done. They are two-faced and too young to know what they are doing. That is what Gallery Place needs - NEW MANAGEMENT WITH AMPLE EXPERIENCE!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Wow.. I have heard of this site but, I never expected this? Well, as an apartment renter, I can say that, sometimes it's not the fact that management doesn't care, but how are YOU as a renter? Is it because you're just an unhappy person and just like to complain? Maybe you're just another property manager trying to give bad ratings? I've seen Gallery Place and they are nice apartments. Luxury living no BUT, they do have what most apartments don't. How do you know that the staff is "two faced?" You must have been a friend to someone that worked there at one point and time (manager I'm guessing) and now it's not that way anymore. The buildings do need some work but, it's not just on them.. It's called a CONTRACTOR!!! That's a higher up decision and I know that from talking with my landlord. So, say what you will but, YOU may be part of the problem.
