I was in this place for about a year.The place and every thing looked fine except for the people at the leasing office. They are a bunch of irresponsible girls who would like to make you feel unsafe no matter who you are.They do not carry out their job properly and they try to push the blames on residents.The only time they smile at you is at the time of collecting rent.I never imagined my boss who is responsible for millions of dollars ask anyone take an appointment.I was shell shocked when the resident manager asked me to take an appointment to talk to her.
The property owners should understand that this is not the way to talk to people and you odnt call it customer service either.

I totally disagree with every single statement made about the girls in the office. I live here and I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and the way they are so personable. I am extremely happy here as are many residents who really don't know about this site to express their feelings. -------has gone out of her way to make sure that me and my family are happy with our apartment. She is one of the nicest most considerate people that I have had the pleasure to meet. She better keep her job or I will move..................

WE HAVE MOVED AND OTHERS FOR FACT BECAUSE OF THAT ------,IGNORED OUR CALLS,TOLD US ONE THING DOES DIFFERENT,LUCKY FOR YOU BUT NOT FOR US AND MANY OTHERS I KNOW WILL BE MOVING IF THE RENT GETS ANY HIGHER,IT IS ALREADY TO HIGH...AND SHE (------) HAS NO RESPECT,HAVE A HEART CALL PEOPLE BACK,DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO...SORRY BUT THATS OUR OPINION,HER ATTITUDE STINKS

I love living here, it is so great to know you can stop in the office and chat over a cup of coffee, the office staff is so personable and friendly.....It's to bad that others are so negative and judgemental. I think the office staff does everything in there power to keep us all happy...the things they cannot fix may just be out of there hands.

I have lived at Gallery Place for several months now. This isn't the first Gillespie Group owned apartment my husband and I have rented. Unfortunately, this management company takes to hiring what we now refer to as "The Bubbleheads". The office staff is completely irresponsible and incompetent. They make a classroom of 7 year olds look mature. Complain about something? Good luck! Between the office staff and the property owners, they make wanting to get out VERY easy. Don't expect any maintainance and don't allow your packages to be delivered at the office, you will never see either at any apartment owned by Gillespie Group!! Take the advice of someone who has had awesome landlords, DON'T RENT HERE. You will surely regret it.

I guess that if you feel that way about the staff and company, why on EARTH did you TRANSFER to another Gillespie Property?? Don't say it was just "convienient" because you could have just rented elsewhere if you were THAT unhappy!! Complain, complain, complain!! People like you LIVE for complaining!! I don't even know who you are but I work and deal with complainers and I tell them: "Be grateful or MOVE ON.. Don't sit around spitting negativity on people or your life issues. Take what you know, and step away from it." If it's so bad, pack up your stuff and live in a cardboard box! Otherwise, move to a different property! GEEEEZ PEOPLE!!!
