so i just moved out of this place and they tried charging me for my carpet and i warn you that when you move in take pictures of everything that is wrong because they will get you in the end .the manager here is a joy . she sets on her butt .every time i was in there to collect my packages she would put on her fake smile and walk back to her office after telling someone else to take care of me. she treats everyone in there office as her go getters. its sickning.one day i was in there and she was asking for something to drink in a baby voice and the other girl dropped what she was doing and got it for her. there is the head of maintnance that is always sitting at his computer surfing the net or playing games .he dont come out of there.and the hallways are very very dirty. i met a lady who complains to the other maintnance guys who are always walking around doing i dont know what cause nothing looks fixed oh but they must have a large salt bill because they throw a whole bag out in front of the hallway doors so they dont have to shovel.but her hallway door has been broke forever. i had people across the hall from me who had parties constantly and my hall either had beer or food or cig butts in it. the day i moved out it smelt like someone peed in the hall. and there was puke or spit all over my door window enterance to our hall on the inside for the longest time .this was in november and i moved in december i finally got sick of looking at it and did it myself these places may look good on there page but they are not worth the money or the attitude,or the un proffesional staff or the non maintnanced property.they should be downgraded to low income. you put in a fix order and you never see them then when they dont come you give up and live with the problem then they try charging you after they do there so called inspection when you move out .all i can say is that this gillespie fellow must not come to this property much or they get a heads up when he does so they can do what they got to do before he gets there .i would fire all of them including the red head lady who tries to act proffesional but she always has food stuck to her face when she talks to you.what a group of characters they are.they should all be in the circus.oh one last thing the pool and fitness center .joke the fitness center all the equiptment is broken in some form or another .they eat food in there and in the morning when i used to go up there there would be a bunch of little kids in and out waiting for there bus to come playing on everthing.the pool. they had to completely shut it down.this is how they take care of stuff around there. d ppl swam in it and there was fecis in there because they dont take care of it.there were a couple of ppl who ended up sick.nasty nasty nasty these guys call themselves maintance men and professional pool boys. funny huh . well i hope i said enough about this place to 2nd guess yourself. i could go on but i wont
