An alright place to live

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
While it's not the greatest place the staff are friendly, the grounds were well kept but we did have some maintenace problems which were not taken care of in a timely manner. However Granda is close to I-94, gas, grocery stores, restaurants and Baker Collge.

The noise from other apartments could be heard, however this was not a noisy community.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
