I lived at Granada from May 2002-November 2002, and honestly, it was probably one of the better apartments I've lived in. Lots of storage (compared to what I've had in the past, that is...) and the landscaping is fantastic.
I probably would have stayed longer if they had units with Central Air (all you get is a wall unit in the living room) and more washers and dryers (we had people in the "community laundry room" remove our clothes from the dryer and toss them on the drying table).
We lived on the 3rd floor, facing the back of the park, but close to the basketball hoop, which turned out to be the place to "hang" for all ages, for all hours of the night. Parking is okay, definitely room for guests, although they won't park in front of your door anytime after 5pm. The parking lot would benefit from more lights and possibly some kind of security cams, etc. as there were quite a few vandalized cars during our stay.
All in all, for the price, it's a great move. The office staff are great, and more than willing to work with you to fix any problems or concerns. Plus...we got our entire security deposit back in like a week!
