After living in North Pointe for over a year now I thought about trying to find something a little bit cheaper. I love the area so I started looking around at some of the other apartments near by. I drove across the street and as soon as I walked in I wanted to leave. YUCK! Down the street was the same thing. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it is very large, no one even came close to what I have here. I am still here at North Pointe, just signed another lease. I thought the price was a little steep but you get what you pay for. The staff here is wonderful. I can go to the office and feel welcomed; the manager is a doll. My neighbors are friendly. The maintenance gets the job done right and fast. This is what a community is all about. Others in the area should take note.
