Just a forewarning, beware moving out. Take pictures and know your rights. This apartment complex charged us over $1400 for damages caused by a water heater breaking and overflowing and the replacement thereof (scratched vinyl, etc.) Not our responsibility, but refused to budge on it. Probably ending up in court over it shortly. New management recently hired is the cause of all of the distress.

i agree with this they have had many water heater breakages because they only replace the valves as they break after it ruines the carpet and the floors and your personal stuff if you look into this you will find your not the only one .post it in your local newspaper you will get a response.
