Being 17 yrs old and needing an apt, there werent very many options for me since I had no rental history or credit. Rent for a one bedroom is $540, I find this ridiculous for such a small, one bedroom place. The first problem i had was the gnats. I had gnats from August until November, for what reason, I'm not sure, considering I keep my apt extremely clean. I reported the problem to the Polo Club apts and they did nothing.
I do admit Polo Club is better than North Point or Granada but the price is ridiculous! After having several problems with Polo Club I now know to NEVER move back here! This place sucks!
