Price is reasonable. Appartments are in good shape. The central air is nice.

Office staff has been very nice and cooperative.

Maintenence supervisor does a poor job fixing problems. He doesnt show up as promised. He enters appartments without permission which is against the rules listed in the lease. This is making my stay very uncomfortable since I have caught them in my apartment and seen them enter my neighbors. I feel uneasy every time I take a shower.

This is a big problem that the appartment community need to address.

Other than maint issues I recoment this complex.
