Good value - OK management

The apartments are a nice layout and good sized. Very reasonably priced ($560 for a nice size 2BR). Management is so-so. Maintenance is great - they fixed stuff right away. Problems with neighbors - they were abusive, loud, druggies - management did nothing about it.

For the money, the apartments are nice. It's just kinda the luck of the draw with the neighbors.
