The Polo Club does not have any restrictions on sexual offenders or convicted felons residing on the premises.
Emergency maintenance issues were not dealt with in a timely manner (heat was out for two days)
security is extremely poor. There are doors that require a buzzer to be pushed for entry. Buzzers were broken for over a year before they were finally replaced. When I called to mention how upset I was over this, I was informed that it was contracted to a different company which was the answer I got from various problems I had.
Overall, not worth the amount spent and the unsafe conditions (felons and sex offenders)
