I lived in Polo Club for less than a year and while I was there we had a shower faucet that would not turn off. a toilet that continued to run. A dishwasher that was older than I am that was broken (they told me they would put in a new one for 6 mnths. and then finally told me they were going to get a repair man to fix it. it never happened. they finally ordered a "part" and said it was fixed. my dishes were dirtier when I washed them in it. the "secure" entry system was easily defeated via a coin jammed into the lock mechanisim. There were fights in the buildings, the police were there at least 5 out of 7 days of the week. the apt below us smoked marijuana on a hourly basis they would blow it out of the window and drift up into my apartment. I told the management several time about this and they told me they could not do anything about it to call the police. but they can write me a violation about me leaving my dirty shoes in the hall. (go figure!) I would not recommend this Hole to anyone. the biggest problem is the apts would be very nice and worth the price if they would just take a little pride in the place.
