I applied for a two bedroom apt that was in the paper listed for $440.00 Per Month. I went to look at the apartment and the lady was less than friendly after I told her I could not move in for about Three Weeks. She told me the deal was temporary and would end in just a few days.

I went home and noticed that the add said the 440 was for only for the first 8 months.

I wrote a letter to management complaining on how rude the lady was. They said they were sorry and would hold the apartment for me. All I had to do is come in.

I told them each time I visited what my income was and yet it was not until after they took my 75 dollars that they told me the minimum was 21000 dollars per year.

I complained that I would not have applied if told that upfront. They are going to give me back 50 dollars only.

My beaf is that they did not tell me the truth upfront. They are dishonest and unethical and not friendly before you move in. You can imagine how they treat you after you move in!

If you have less than perfect credit do not bother you will be turned down.
