The New Springport Glen

Ever since I moved into the Polo Club apartments, I had an occasional issue or two with Brookline Management. However, with the new management along with the many new faces that run not only the Maintanence staff but also the Leasing Office, Paragon Properties has been creating huge improvements to this complex. Thus far, they have rebuilt the roofs, fined anyone who has been leaving garbage, bikes, shoes, and litter where it doesn't belong and can affect the safety of other residents, and also their main concerns are the happiness of their loyal residents.

Paragon has gone out of the way to evict the 75 residents who have been over two month's worth of payments late in order to make room for more deserving residents. Also, being the new management, they made it their business to gain the authority to evict anyone who has a felony on record, which means a safer, more family oriented environment for all. The credit checks they must run for everyone, (not just new apartment rentals, but also running checks on those who live amongst us now), are going to help facilitate their process in making this complex a benefit to the community.

Thus far, they renovated many apartments and are holding no expense in doing so. Anyone who has ruined the grounds with vandalism has been fined a substantial amount. A perfect example of such are the roofer's machinery. They worked on the roofs in the middle of winter and drove onto the grass, leaving behind trenches. Paragon properties NOT only fined them $200.00 per trench, but they also gave the residents $200.00 OFF RENT for what they called an "eye sore." The roofers' mistakes became the residents' benefits. New, home sized refridgerators are replacing the outdated, apartment sized fridges in these apartments, along with new dishwashers and electric stoves. The best part of these new appliances is that Paragon knows how much of an eye sore it can be when they do not match, and therefore, they replace your products with what matches your other apartment appliances. For those who don't think this makes a difference, you are wrong, for anyone who is like myself and has his/her own home business can tell you that when his/her customers enter your house, you are judged by what you own. This, I am thankful for, for my apartment is a great representation of who I am: Organized and detail oriented.
