The whole place is sub-par. When you first move in they give you a checklist of things that are wrong with the apartment. They never actually fix them but if you missed something or don't consider it damaged and they do then it will come out of your security deposit. During the winter the sidewalks always have ice or snow. Lights and steps inside the building were constantly broken when I was there. The noise level is horrible. You can always hear people in the halls, doors slamming or people making noise above you. There heating system is old to the point it becomes a distraction when it shuts on and off.
