in terms of the quality you get as far as rent is decent. However, our moving out experience was horrible. Everyone in the office told us something different to the point where we had to stay an extra month and pay $200 more because of some misunderstandings. Appointments were never kept and maintenance requests had to be made multiple times. Even when you made a maintenance report for many things, they would still wouldn't fix everything you put on your request. The lock on our door was never fixed and I made the request about 4 times throughout the year. I won't be surprised if we won't get our deposit back. Pretty much they are just here to take your money.
