Victoria Pointe is one of the better apartment complexes in Jackson. The staff is nice although slow to fix problems. They are fairly new so there will be fewer maintenance issues than most apartments in the area.

The major strengths are for the most part the neighbors are nice and quiet. The apartments start out in good condition. The layout of the living space is well designed in the single bedroom.

The major weaknesses are the walls are a bit thin. The single bedroom has no closet space. I do not own a lot and require little storage and I still have storage problems. The closets and doors are not normal size, as in small, which makes it harder to find extra shelving for them.

Something I find odd about the design is you get an extra large bathroom that is space that could have been used for closests.
