my husband and i lived there in '06. when they gave us a tour of the property before we made our decision they told me that there was a pool table in the laundry room. And although there is one it was torn up like they were gonna fix it and never got to it. no pool sticks either. the washers and dryers didn't work half the time but i couldn't get money back. $3 a load wash and dry. the ac pipe in the furnace room would freeze and then thaw but they said it wasn't anything to worry about but then mold started to grow...black mold. we called and called to get someone there an they wouldn't come. my husband went to the health department and they said they would come out and take a look and that's when the staff decided to look at it. i worked 3rd shift at the time and the maintenance man showed up i was sleeping and he just came right inside saying hello hello I'm here even though i told them i was going to be sleeping and on top of it he just comes inside! also after that day i never saw my digital camera again. they rarely come out to give you a new air filter even though they told me they change it every 3 months i would buy it myself. we lived there a year and it was changed by them 2 times.
the wiring is bad too! the light constantly burned out and when i talked to a neighbor it was the same lights. the 2 over the bar, hallway, and bathroom lights every month would burn out.

you know now that you mention it, I was replacing my bulbs there all the time too. Funny, I never even thought of that.
