Cottonwood Forest Apartments

Okay for GVSU Students From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have lived in Cottonwood Forest for the past year. I would recommend it to GVSU students who want to live off campus but not pay the ridiculous prices that come with apartments in Allendale. There is not really anything special about Cottonwood Forest- no nice amenities or anything. However, they're not bad, and the one time we had to call maintenance, the problem was fixed in a timely fashion. I would suggest to invest in a walkout apartment. I am in a "garden view" apartment and I have had the most terrible time with mold and insects due to that fact.
