Awesome! Cottonwood Apartments have been a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for a year and a half and couldn't have asked for a better location. 5-10 minutes from the Rivertown Mall. 10-15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. It is so convenient for me to get to work and school!

Good if you are in college Great place to live for college students. Sure it could probably use an update but, for the cheapness of cost, it's worth it. No dishwasher and you have to share a w/d with 7 other apts.

Mold issues!!!!!! I lived in Cottonwood Forest for roughly 2 years. It started out great but things have quickly went downhill. There is an excessive mold problem. All the windows and slider doors in my entire building have excessive mold build up around the seals. The carpet in front of the slider
