It's just...okay.

The apartments are small and the assistant manager is inept.
The GOOD: The water pressure is EXCELLENT, we don't hear a lot of noise (unless the drunken couple next door aren't arguing at 4am), the balcony is spacious, lovely view of the courtyard, the courtyard actually gets used during the warmer months creating a 'neighborhood' feel and my apartment is always well heated. Have never seen a cockroach (thankfully). If I ever do, I will break my lease.
The BAD: The water is incredibly rusty, trying to get in through the security door is very difficult. You have to try your key over and over again which can at times take several minutes, which actually puts YOUR security at risk (being a woman and coming home late at night to a door that won't even allow me into my building without a lot of cursing and kicking isn't exactly 'safe'). Other tenants usually prop the door open now since it is so difficult to unlock. If you ever need a repair that costs THEM money to fix, expect it to take months. That's only if you keep on them about it. Otherwise, forget about it. Special promotions for signing a lease' You have to keep on them about that as well, just to make sure you RECEIVE them. Calls to the office usually go unanswered and the door is usually locked. Messages left are never responded to.
