I don't even know where to begin.
-In the winter time their snow removal is horrible. The parking lot is rarely plowed, and the sidewalks are NEVER plowed. When they do plow the parking lot, the snow gets piled up behind all the cars and you're lucky if you can get out.
-There is only one laundry room for three buildings. This means there are two washers and two dryers for approximately 35 apartments. As if this weren't ridiculous enough, they have recently made "operating hours" for the laundry room. They have installed a master lock on the door and residents can only get into the laundry room from 7 am to 11 pm. This may seem like a generous time span, but for people who go to school full time and work full time there is little time during the operating hours to do laundry.
-the walls are VERY thin. When the people above me simply walk around all I can hear is an annoying creaking noise. And it's constant. And you can hear EVERYTHING, from my neighbor across the hall screaming at her kids to my upstairs neighbors playing music and having parties-I deal with constant noise.
-Maintenance is a nightmare. I recently went to the office and told the manager of a problem that I needed fixed. She said "that's an easy 10-minute fix. I'll have someone out there right away". Not only did it take a maintenance man 2 days to come, but during the two days I was waiting I often saw a few of the maintenance men wandering around, doing nothing. I have had several problems with things just all of a sudden not working in my apartment. They've all been fixed, but it has taken at least a couple of days to get it done.

As far as the snow plowing of the parking lots is concerned, the property management company uses the family of one of their management staff at some of their other properties, but maybe not this one.
