wow, i don't even know where to begin... grounds looks decent, don't let that fool you. 'secure entry' doors are a joke, they lock, but pull open anyway without a key. interior hallways are full of cigarette butts, ashes, always smells like pot in the hallways. hear neighbors' tv, yelling, arguing, music. this is not a student community. it is more like a ghetto, cheap as hell community, shady characters around all the time. do not feel safe at night. staff is super-friendly, but that does not make up for this place. it is full of trashy, shady characters that i do not wish to be around. i hate it. moldy/rotten windowsills and carpet by sliding doors. outdated appliances, tons of earwigs and ants. mostly though, it's the gangsterish/trashy neighbors. this place is awful... i have to ask the toothless old woman in a bikini that smokes her cigarette outside my door to move whenever i come home on a hot day.

however, there is plenty of parking, even though it scares the hell out of me at night.
