Almost worth the rent

It is nice because it feels like a community! We all have something in common, we are WMU students, making it more understandable about noise ect.
The fitness facilites and game room are awesome.
They have most of what you would need for a good workout.
There is 4 tanning beds which are a popular place here.
The best time to get a bed is when the club house opens, 10 am.
They keep the club house clean and very inviting.
The apartments have everything you need! I live in a set up where we each have our own bathrooms.
I have never had my own bathroom before, so this was a treat.
Also, our w/d are located in our apt.
its self.
There is also a dishwasher, microwave, and intercom.
The one down fall of the kitchen is that the appliances, you can tell, are very low cheap models and don't work as well as some.
The rent is another downer.
They keep increasing it from year to year.
It would be nice if some utilites were included.
I would recommend it to someone, but your best bet is having 4 people, cause it makes rent cheaper.
