I am surprised by the comments because I thought it was a pretty good place to live at.

Unfortunetly, I graduated and my mom wouldn't pay for me to stay any longer.

I found the staff always friendly, and sometimes maintenance was slow but always got everything taken care of for me.

The one time I had a big-deal maintenance item, they were right there!

And, Karl in the office is pretty cool too.

I was even surprised when I moved out that we never had any charges for damages.
