I was inititally thrilled to live in such luxury apartments, but after realizing all the negatives of living here I have definetly changed my mind. Yes, you do get a w/d, a microwave, a d/w, possibly you're own bathroom (depening on what model you rent) and a luxury clubhouse to use as well, but the price you pay is: loud obnoxious students, uncaring management, rediculously high electric bills, and impossible visitor parking. The majority of students that live here have parties 2-3 times a week which would be okay if the walls weren't so incredibly thin. I can hear my neighbors as if they were actually in my place, and on a thursday night when you have classes at 8 in the morning the next day, this is not fun. The window on each side of the door to our building entrance has been smashed twice, students throw things off their balconies and leave them there (a student threw a fishtank once), firecrackers were randomely let off at 3 in the morning, and my friend's car has been towed away twice due to parking signs being improperly marked. Our electric/gas bills are higher then any other apartment complex in kalamazoo, and no one cares to try and explain that, especially not the management. Overall I would not reccomend this place unless you're only goal is to party. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
