Hey, guess what everybody' These apartments are built for students!!! Don't move in here or any other apartment on a college campus if you want retirement home quiet!! People have parties in college--learn to lighten up people!

These apartments are awesome and reasonably priced. Every time I've had a maintenance problem, the staff fixed it right away and was extremely friendly. I have never had a problem with overcharges. The apartments are bigger than anywhere else you'll find on campus and are very clean. All appliances are new and work great. There are so many great extras like free tanning and beach volleyball courts. I have lived here for 2 years and am only leaving because I'm moving to another city. Karl is so cool about everything. He handles everyone with respect but is still very firm. Any trash that was thrown around during the night is always picked up by the next morning. The only problem I have had is visitor parking. I do agree that the spots are too few when there are so many available in the regular parking lots.

If you can afford it, you should definatly choose the arboretum. Don't listen to a few people who had problems. They are probably just people who like to complain about anything and everything.
