Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This apartment complex was the worst. Maintenance was a nightmare, the stairwell was always littered with beer bottles, smokes, and trash. Going outside at 3 a.m. because some neighbors want to set off the fire alarms because they just have to smoke...a JOKE!!! cops come but nothing happens because the guys just hide in their apartment. Noisy all hours of the night. Worst place ever!!!! Security door broke for months
