Everyone that lives here is a Western Michigan University student for the most part. Parking is good, however visitor parking requires that they park away behind the club house. Cars are towed throughout the day at $85 if you don't have a parking sticker.

The management was excellent. Carl learned the names of practically everyone that lived in the complex, and was very easy to work with. On numerous occasions I had to fax things long distance or use their phone lines as I only used a cell phone.

The pool is nice and is open 10am - 10pm. The basketball courts are great, with fairly sturdy rims. They get packed with people during the spring and summer, so if you want to find people to hoop with it's a great place to meet people. The volleyball courts are also ok, with sand around them. They aren't as busy though.

The apartments themselves are 1 year old. They held up quite well for the 8 months that I stayed in them. Washer and dryer is provided, along with an Ethernet Internet connection that taps into WMU's high speed line. You can download MP3s at 400Kbps in the morning!

If you don't have a car and you're a student, you can ride the bus which stops every 15-20 minutes in the parking areas. Otherwise, it takes about 13 minutes to bike to class.
