Really beautiful, spacious apartments with great amenities, but still not worth the extremely high price they know they can charge because mommy and daddy are paying...
Parking was a nightmare...not just guest parking, but resident parking. On weekends, I would have to park a good 5 minute walk from my building.
As you can expect from a college apartment, it was noisy, dirty and overcrowded pretty much every night of the week. From drunk people at a party above us vomiting onto our balcony, to fire alarms being constantly pulled (because it's apparently extremely funny to sit outside in your car in the dead of winter for hours on end in the middle of the night), it was really like living in the middle of a giant frat party. And because we were all students, management felt it wasn't necessary to clean up or keep order.
Too bad, because the apartments themselves were really beautiful.
