Good place for college kids...

The arboretum is a good place if your in college.
Yes, there are parties the first few weeks, but then things settle down.
The maintnance is very helpfull.
Parking is a problem for visitors.
The tow company is on the other side of k-zoo and are rednecks.
The poeple that work in the office are useless.
Really dissapointed in them.
Would not replace my carpet that smelled like cat urin.
What these other guys are complaining about is that they are brought up in rich homes and these apartments are not exactly luxury apartments.
Good place to live otherwise
