Lived there 2 years. Very nice and clean with great amenities very convenient. Courteous office staff. Newer appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, 2 and 3 bedroom apts have bathrooms in each bedroom. Very spacious floorplans.

However, parking for your guests is miserable in the evening. Noisey neighbors. Terrible maintenence staff. Many apts were getting broken into. Main enterance door was broken all year. Windows constantly being broken. Fire alarm pulled at least once a week between the hours of 2 and 5am and took the staff at least an hour to shut it off. Electric bills outrageous. Lease says no pets, but you can see cats and dogs in windows everywhere. Big bug problem in the summer months, thin walls. Drunken idiots at the pool, who didn't even live there. The basketball court was an And 1 tournament everyday filled with thugs who did not live there. My vehicle was damaged more than once. Everybody has a huge stereo in their apt thinking it is the cool thing to do by turning the volume up to the max where pictures on the walls in your own apt fall off. Dumpsters overflowed and sometimes lit on fire.

If you're looking for a quiet place to study and get sleep The Arboretum is NOT for you.
