Lonely, overpriced apartment seeks person who loves to waste $!!!

The only good thing I have recieved from the Arboretums is a lesson in what to NOT do as a landlord.

Phoenix Properties is one of the least friendly or accomodating companies I've ever dealt with.

NOt only is it $402 a month Bills, but the office cares NOTHING about you and will show you that as soon as you sign their lease.

They took away their free busing service, while raising rent $10 a month, although the point took a pay cut to keep the busing service! They come to fix appliances multiple times because they don't do it correctly the first time.

The friendliest handyman I've ever met quit because he couldn't even stand the snotty attitude the arboretums office gives.

And don't try to go to the higher ups, because it's clear where the negative "I'm better than you" attitude comes from.

If you have any sensible thread in your body and you like to keep your hard earned money, DO NOT live here! For your own sake! Also, visitor parking sucks.
