Honestly the Arboretums suck! there simply not safe! if you walk around at night on weekends ur guarenteed to see at least one assualt.

Property is not safe! cars are vandalized nightly! in one night 19 windows were shadered.

Management sucks, Corporate dosent return your calls! apartments are run down and broken, heres what i tell people "dont touch its the arbs"! the only positive thing i can say are the maintenence men are very nice and work extremely hard!

I agree...the actual maintenance guys are very nice..and not nosy, it's the management that can suck a big one!mostly---
