Yeah I'm a current resident of the Arboretums. Trust me, YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE!! management sucks, very nosy, They feel the need to do inspections at least once a month...just love to come into your apt. Also my car was towed from in front of my apartment last night...and no one..towing co, or management plans on reiumbursing me. ---- THIS PLACE!! Oh yeah...nothing works inside either (you don't get your money's worth) our dishwasher, stove, microwave, drains, and refrigerator all blow...so GOOD LUCK to anyone who decides to move to this --------...oh yeah----the arboretum manager is also a big douschbag. This is not a safe place to live either...my roomates car was broken into about a week ago, ppl trying to break into our groundfloor apt..seriously just don't move here. alright im done.

Hello. I believe if you treat property well ,it will return the favor.I recently went to an apartment that my son friend rents and it was nice.I returned to the same apartment and I was ashamed at how my son was living.Apartment was trashed,needless to say my son will be taking care of this issue.Hes going to accept responsibility for this,as should everyones children.There are rules,it sucks but it for everyones safety.We did our part to raise you , make us proud.As for the staff, they have been helpfull the whole time my son has lived here .Maybe if you help them,they will be more willing to help you. I agree with Concerned Parent from Plainwell, MI. I moved my son into Arboretum in August. There were some problems with his apartment and the staff took care of the issues almost immediately. I must admit that at first I was not pleased with what I saw, but I became very impressed with the responsiveness. I visited my son and found they had taken a bedroom door off the hinges and were using it as a table. I just told my son that he is on his own when it comes time to move out. If there are any problems, the leease requires the staff to fix any reasonable request. I suggest that since you have to pay rent, you sit down and meet with staff and explain your concerns. I doubt the staff can stop all crime, but I would hope that they can fix the items that are not working. I can assure you if my son's apartment had unresolved issues, I would tell him the same thing. You parents are crazy. I lived there and every other day something new was broken. If the arbs cared so much about how their place looked they would only give so many chances then kick the kids who are irresponsible out. I had to call soooooo many times to get some jackass to come and fix things. The dishwasher sucked never made the dishes smell or look clean. The dryer ruined half my clothes because it was never repaired. So you parents have no idea. SO SHUT IT!

this place is a ---- hole, crime is over the top. they did put sicurety gards but they dont do anything but creap on girls and walk into people apts. i hate this place and just bottom line never move here, at least with this managment. and sorry parents but, we have to live here everyday, you only visit.
