ARBORETUM APARTMENT COMPLEX IN KALAMAZOO MICHIGAN PARKING SCAM!!

WARNING TO ANY PERSON CONSIDERING RENTING AN APARTMENT AT THIS COMPLEX.

THE ARBORETUM'S HAS A CONTRACT WITH T & J TOWING COMPANY TO TOW ANY VECHILLE AT WILL.

THEY STATE THAT AS LONG AS THERE IS A SIGN POSTED WHEN YOU ENTER THE COMPLEX SAYING VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED, THAT THEY ARE IN THEIR RIGHT TO TOW YOUR CAR (AT A $120.00 A POP)!!! THERE ARE NO, I REPEAT, NO SIGNS POSTED IN THE PARKING SPACES SAYING THEY ARE RESERVED FOR RESIDENCE OR FOR THE HANDICAPPED.

THEREFORE, VISITORS ARE NOT AWARE OF WHERE THEY CAN OR CANNOT PARK.

BECAUSE IT IS CONSIDERED PRIVATE PROPERTY, IT IS A CIVIL MATTER AND THE POLICE ARE NOT ABLE TO INTERVENE.

YOU ARE TAKING A BIG CHANCE VISITING YOUR FRIENDS, SONS/DAUGHTERS IF THEY RESIDE IN THIS COMPLEX, AS I GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE TOWED.

T & J TOWING COMPANY SITS AND WAITS, KNOWING THAT THEY WILL TOW A MINIMUM OF 30 CARS A NIGHT.

(THE LAWS OF A CIVILIZED BUSINESS ARE NOT PRACTICED HERE!!!!) NOW, DO THE MATH.

YEP, THAT WOULD BE $3,600 PER NIGHT AND APPROXIMATELY $500,OOO A YEAR IF I CONSIDERED ONLY WEEKENDS.

HMMMMM, DO YOU THINK THE ARBORETUM APARTMENT COMPLEX GETS A HUGE KICKBACK???? SO IN SUMMING UP, STAY CLEAR OF THE ARBORETUM APARTMENT COMPLEX OR BETTER YET, OWN A TOW TRUCK COMPANY AND GET IN BED WITH AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!

Oh yeah, I guess I should identifiy myself as one very frustated parent.

Just so you know Arboretum finally stopped doing bussiness with T&J Towing look at the Kalamazoo Residents against T&J Towing facebook page for more info.
