I lived there for a year from 2005 to 2006. Our door knob broke off on New Years Eve and it took management 4 days to come replace it. Meanwhile I had an apartment with no front door knob. They replaced our closet doors and left a huge mess. They were very shady people. It took weeks maybe a months sometimes to get problems fixed. They take advantage of college students. The concrete stair was broken in half so we were missing a stair. It took 2 weeks to fix it.
