I lived there from 05-06 they refunded out security deposit and then sent a letter to us that they refunded to much and we needed to send it back to them. The letter was very nasty. It is not my problem that they said they were going to take some money and then they did not. I do not know how many times the police were called to come take care of fights one of which made national news. Things that were broken were never fixed it took management way too long to get it fixed. The free cable and internet took a month longer to get to us than was promised and they thought nothing of it. We were promised the siding would be replaced since various animals were living in the siding as of April of 08 when we drove by it still had not been replaced. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM all they want is your money and try to rip college kids off.
