This is my 4th lease with in this complex and I have changed apartments every year (my choice). The place is OLD so keep that in mind. The first year and a half was managed under AIM management was not that great, but not something to move out over. All utilities are included (incl. cable and internet) so thats nice. The only real complaint I have now is that EVERY time it rains, the internet in my apt goes down until about 30min after it stops. This, however, is due to Charter and their crappy installation because this was never a problem before they switched over just this year. Management is GREAT and will work with you when neccessary (its a family operation). Maintenance does need to be reminded numerous times to do things, but it is by far the cheapest places around and the apts are huge. Like I said, you get what you pay for and I would DEFINATELY stay here as long as possible if I wasn't moving to Denver. To sum it up, if you are paying your own way and don't have alot of money, this is the place to be. If Mommy and Daddy are paying your bills and price isn't a problem, you might want to look elsewhere.
