After reading the other reviews, I have to say that I completely agree with them. The office staff is great and very friendly...they'll even let you turn your rent in a few days late. But to the real point, these places are going down hill quick. They are close to campus, but each day they should be getting closer to being torn down. With the bedroom light on, you can almost see your way around your room. There is mold every where, no matter how much cleaning you do. My roommates ceiling is actually falling in...maintanence was here to check on it, but they have yet to patch it 2 months later. Oh and sidewalks...you shouldn't have to pray every time you walk on them after a snow storm. It got so bad at one point where I actually cleared a path from my door to my car and the maintanence staff had enough nerve to ask me if I was bored! Bored' Sure with almost killing myself just walking to my car. What ever you do, DON'T LIVE HERE!
