basically everything's fine with these apartments...the only problem is with the ----ed up woman at the front desk. the blonde lady, Kerri who worked last time was totally cool, nice and most importantly, she have the manners! i dont have any idea why she left her job and everyone i know in knollwood juz loved her. but nightmare came when the old ------- woman came and took over Kerri's place last 2 months! she's a pain in the ass and everyone hates her soo soo much. juz go up to her and you'll know what i meant. she's doing everything now on appointment basis...like signing the lease. and she'll tell u straight to your face at times that she'll REAL busy(with the fact that she's doing nothing on her desk!)when u needed to sign a lease or needed some maintainence. she's juzzz so ----ED UP and her face juz make me puke! so someone plz tell her to get a life!
