i have lived in knollwood for the past 3 years and i havent had any major problems. yeah there are some loud parties on the weekend which make you want to call the cops but other than that its alright.
the first year i had a 2 bedroom and never really had any problems. now i live in a 1 bedroom and have had some problems like people smoking in the hallway and minor problems. but the staff here is pretty quick to fix anything and even came at 3am when my heat gave out.
the staff is pretty friendly, there are some that dont seem really friendly but for the most part they are decent.
i will admit that its a little expensive but its close to campus and i walked every day to my classes which is good because i never had to deal with all the crazy traffic close to campus.

knollwood is a decent place to live....i know there are other places better in kzoo...but the closeness to campus is the best thing.
