office lady frustrated beyond belief

old falling apart apartments.
and ridiculously frustrated lady in the office. Not considerate about any requests. Nice to talk to and co-operative only before moving in. After that you are at their mercy.

wont get deposit back even if you leave apartment cleaner than when you moved in.
