I moved into Knollwood this year because I saw the townhouse which looked really nice, plust the rent is really cheap. Upon moving into the townhouse on my first day with my family as soon as I opened the door I was hit with the smell of cat piss..and I'm not just talking a little hint of it, it was HORRIBLE, it smelt like a cat had just pissed all over the place. But, I was still optimistic at the point. So, I start to move in my things and I begin to notice there are a ton of bugs everywhere, but yet, I'm still trying to be optimistic. So now, It's been about two months since I've lived here. I've spent about $150 on cleaning supplies still trying to get the smell of cat piss out of my apartment. I told the office about the problem and all they told me to do was get on my hands and knees and sniff out the problem for myself. Can you f-ing believe that'! I'm so disgusted with this place I'm thinking about breaking my lease and moving ANYWHERE else. If I could do it all over again I'd rather move into a place that cost $100 or even $200 more just so i'm not completly disgusted.

Oh yeah, there are also bugs constantly in the house, none of the doors or windows completly seal so there isn't a day that goes by I don't find an earwig, cockroach, spider, or any other type of bug in this place. I even have to check my clothes now which are hanging in the closet b/c one day I went to put a shirt on and there was an earwig on my shirt. I really hope people think about whether it's worth it to save an extra $400 a year to live in this hell hole. Because honestly this is the worst place ever, If you still want to live in this place e-mail me and I'll let you stop by and take a smell at my place...If I'm still living here that is.
