In May of 2007 Knollwood signed us a year lease, and 3 months later they arbitrarily kicked EVERYONE out WITHOUT NOTICE, even people who had signed a year lease just a week prior to the announcement. Be careful with this company, if they did this to one of their properties, they are just as likely to do something equally shady at any of their others. Look into whatever apartment complex in the area to see if the same company owns this one, I know that they also own Hunter's Ridge, so stay away from there, save yourself far more trouble than any tenant should have to put up with. Oh, and they kicked everyone out with less than a month to go before school started in the fall, meaning people who thought they had a place to live for the school year had less than a month to find other housing
