I was attracted to live there because of the cheap price, first I only got three month, then they came one day and gave me a very low price if I sign for a year, so I did. just a couple of month later, They sent eviction letter to all the residents, after they filed a claim saying that the apartments are unsafe to live in and needs urgent renovation. of course that was lie. we found out later on that THey knew about the plan to renovate a year ago and instead of warning the reisdents they didn't want to lose the rents tell the last day and so they didn't say anything and just filed that bogus claim. forcing us to move out in less than two weeks and in the niddle of the school season which forced the residents to go to much more expensive places because all the regular places were taken. the only apartment I was aable to get was a two bed room apartment and I live alone. but I had to rent it. now the renovation are done and they are advertising again. I will never go there because they are dishonest people.

You should seriously think about going to copper beech. I have lived here for almost a full year and im planing on staying till i graduate, I have never had any problems. They are the biggest townhomes on campus and the staff has always been really helpful. Just thought that I could be helpful towards your situation.

interesting comment above considering C Beech isnt on campus, actually rather FAR from campus... ? not like its a manager of copper beech ...or anything ... = /
