I loved this place. Perfect spot with huge pine trees in front.The sliding doorwall was huge. Two bedroom townhouse, two bathrooms. Huge "family" room, nice kitchen. Being an engineering student at Kohrman Hall, getting to class on the mountain bike took about four minutes.

The quality of the unit was decent, no major issues with dirty carpet or damage to the walls.

We had three ferrets, no one seemed to care.

The only complaint, that was actually somewhat entertaining; the neighbor was an employee of the complex, and they were motivation to keep the grades up! We have some great stories...dumpster diving hillbillies.
