This place is by far the best aparmtent complex I've lived at throughout my college career here at western. They are newly renovated apartments with stainless steel apliances in every apartment, huge walk in closets and bathrooms in every bedrooms. Management there is very friendly and get things done in an orderly manner. Its an extremely short walk to campus (about 5-10 minute walk), which is even closer than some of the dorms. Overall, if I weren't graduating, I would renew in a second.

this review just sounds like management....the appliances are fake stainless steel and the "wood" floors are actually plastic. And management has no idea what they are doing. Not to mention they put in unmarked speedbumbs so if you mess up your car you can probably get some money out of them for damages to your car. Overall its pretty sorry that management has to write reviews to get rating up......DONT LIVE HERE!!!

since you seem to be quite ignorant, let me help you explain things a bit more. First of all, this isn't "management." Most of the people that live here like it, you must be one of the odd balls out. As far as the unmarked speed bumps you speak of, maybe you should slow down and learn how to drive, or drvive an american car thats not a piece of crap so it doesn't get banged up easily. These are one of the nicest places to live in kalamazoo, open your eyes pal. Thanks and have a great day!

How is one supposed to believe you are NOT an employee when you've copied and pasted the exact falsified babble from the website? You, my friend, are the ignorant one. I am currently seeking law advice on how to react to the accusations that I have not paid rent. I am on a seperate lease in a four room apartment and have been threatened to be taken to court on two occasions in writing and once on the phone. I am currently up to date on my rent with written proof and backing from my bank. I have been in the office six times and have requested three private meetings by phone and message to remedy the situation, which arose from an amazing demonstration of pure incompetence, with no result beside "come back tomorrow". This is the worst construction I have ever seen in my 13 years of renting apartments in 6 states. I am a graduate student and a responsible adult and will not permit this violation against my good name and credit rating. The review which was in rebuttal to the first is obviously the management and a slanderous insult to a paying customer. The speed bumps may seem minor but are actually damaging to vehicles. I drive a Buick Regal and it suffers daily as would any vehicle from around the world. I am currently reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and am researching how to report it to the county. This property is dangerous, poorly managed, overpriced and at best in violation of building code.

if the post is anonymous and is praising Campus Courts, would definately say its management...... management is useless, professional staff is severely needed.
