Management should (and hopefully WILL) be charged and sentenced to extensive jail time

I have never experienced, nor even HEARD of such an unprofessional, irresponsible, faulty, cheating business in my entire life. I am convinced that the head of management did not attend college and in considering her (yes, HER) severely poor knowledge of customer service, property management, and overall human ethics, did not complete high school either.
1.) DEAD BOLT locks were not installed on the FRONT DOORS of the units until LATE FALL (in which residents were CHARGED for in late JANUARY!!! USE YOUR HEAD)--a MAJOR security issue. Let alone the apartments were not DONE BEING BUILT at the time of move-in, which was WEEKS later than proposed.
2.) When approached by a maintenance employee (9:00pm) about installing blinds (two weeks after move-in), he refused to install them due a couch that was "in the way." Had I not scolded him and inferiorized him for his complete lack of work ethic, the blind would not have been installed.
3.) To add to the colossal failure of completing the units by the deadline, the buildings were constructed in a rushed, carefree fashion that left crucial things VERY poorly done--if even done in the first place. There was a 2-inch gap between the sliding glass door and the WALL--a fix that could have been made during construction with less than elementary knowledge of how a caulking gun works. Door-stoppers and hinges were left uninstalled, with the parts laying on the floor upon move-in. For a complete list of failed construction requirements, ask ANY resident living in the 49006 zip code.
4.) PARKING--Or should I say the complete LACK thereof' Aside from the lots not being PAVED until two weeks into the fall semester (meaning residents had already moved in), there is simply far less than adequate parking for the complex's own residents. Not to mention NO visitor parking. Cars are scattered throughout the complex, making parking spots out of any square footage in the pavement and countless fender-benders have occurred to yet another historical Campus Court failure.
5.) INTERNET--Let's just say you were a web programmer for multiple professional clients and you had a four-year-old set up your wireless technology. Awful.
Among the five points listed above, Campus Court continues to boggle the minds of its residents each week, steal their money, ignore maintenance issues, and further increase their chances of serious federal charges if they keep up their management (is it really management') habits. This management needs to be put out of business IMMEDIATELY and until then I, among others, will do everything in my capable power to see it through.
