I've lived in campus court in since august and have already have had this many problems:
1. Window has been broken since we moved in..have they came and fixed it' No. We have called over 40 times at LEAST
2. Mine and my roomates cars have both been towed WITH a sticker on it and were we reinbersed' Of course not. I have also had 4 other friends who live here and have got their car towed. There is not enough parking spots for their own residents so if you live here plan on parking a mile away at least.
3. Our fridge has broke a total of 2 times after a month and a half they sent someone out here to fix it. I have known SEVEN other apartments here whos fridge has broke as well and has been broke for months and still no one has fixed it.
4. They are complete idiots and forgot to put handicap parking spots throughout the complex so they decided to put 8 in front of my building. We have ONE handicap person living in our building and the rest are on the other side of the complex this makes ABSOLUTLY no sense whatsoever. They also never marked their speedbumps so if your car is damaged because you dont see it since they NEVER plow in here oh well i guess because if you go complain its like talking to a wall.
5. Management is SOOOOOOO rude. They dont give a ---- about anyone here and the only way they are going to be nice to you is if your going to pay them a rent check. If you ever have a problem you might as well not even waste your time going in to the office because one their not going to do anything about it two they could care less and three your going to walk out angry and frustrated because they are SOOOOO rude.
6. My neighbor has been asking for blinds since we moved in at the end of august..he still does not have blinds it is now February.
7. The living room is EXTREMELYYYYY small were paying 440 a month and don't even have a utility closet to put anything in like a vacumn, broom, mop anything there is no room for anything!!
8. They actually tried raising our rent for next year from 440 to 470 NOBODY resigned and now they keep putting flyers on our day basically begging us to resign because no one is stupid enough to live here again.
9. And dont fall for the "olympic size pool" "huge lounge and clubhouse" and "state of the art fitness center". The pool is tiny, the lounge is tiny, the fitness center has 3 treadmills jam packed in a tiny room with some random weights. It is AWFUL.
The only reason so many people lived here THIS year is because they were still getting built so no one knew exactly what they actually looked like besides the model they showed us which looks NOTHING like my apartment now. They made this place sound like it was going to be amazing and had a "huge" gym and pool and what not its terrible do NOT live here.
